The iOS, a very great OS that has been developed since the making of the iPhone 2G made it out in 2007. Since then, it also has made an App Store that contains lots and lost of Apps that are available to use in the iPhone. This OS is now available to be used on all the Apple products worldwide, for example the iPod, iMac, and the new Apple TV.
The iOS is really great because it really supports user-friendly interface, it allows the user to really set what is inside the phone and set most of the stuffs, like settings, wallpapers, etc. But, you can't really edit the whole OS, maybe to keep the confidentiality.
And then there's the App Store that has been going for 4 months from the first release of the iPhone 2G, and since then has developed and produced lots of apps that has made worldwide scale right now, like Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Plants vs Zombies (adapted from the computer game), etc. This App Store is able to open from any type of Mac, even though you don't have the Mac, you could still open it in iTunes which is a free music organizer for your computer, whether you are using Mac or Windows, you can install it inside. But, if you like to create things and would like to upload Apps to the App Store, your app would have to be really good to make it to the App Store, because every criteria that the App World tells you to cover, you have to cover it.
And now, the iOS developers have developed a new feature, the 'Game Center', it automatically integrates with games that are registered within the Game Center, you can play with your friends, share your score, etc., just like an online rank. Another app besides the App Store is the built-in iTunes, it's just like the same iTunes in the computer, but this is only to download songs, podcasts, anything to fill your built-in iPod feature.
